By default, jup.bot is set to 10% slippage and Turbo mode. However, MEV protection is a trade-off between risking a worse price up to your slippage or risking a worse price due to slower sending.

13. I purchased a token, but it disappeared from my active positions unexpectedly, what's the issue?

This is probably due to token rug pull. jup.bot automatically hides tokens with a minimum position value of 0.001$. You can modify this value in the Settings.

You can exit Telegram, then reopen it and refresh jup.bot. If the solution provided doesn't resolve the issue, kindly get in touch with the moderators for further assistance.

14. I was trading a token that suddenly rug pulled. What can I do?

When trading meme coins, you often encounter rug pulls due to various reasons.

First, you need to understand what a Rug pull is:

A rug pull is a type of scam where the creator of a token invests their own money to build the initial liquidity pool. Once the token goes live and people start buying it, which adds more money to the initial liquidity pool, the creator might decide to remove the liquidity pool, which would essentially take all the money in the pool.

Locking or burning the Liquidity Pool can prevent token creators from rugging tokens, but other ways to rug still exist.

If you have a rugged token, burn it using Sol Incinerator to permanently get rid of the token and any scam NFTs or tokens in your jup.bot wallet.

This service can also refund SOL to you. To burn tokens using Sol Incinerator, you have to export your jup.bot wallet's private keys as explained here and connect to the Sol Incinerator's website.

Be careful when burning tokens as this action is irreversible. Select only the specific tokens you wish to burn to avoid accidentally burning valuable SOL, USDC or other tokens.

15. Why is there a significant difference between my profit and net profit?

Net profit shows your actual earnings after subtracting gas fees, transaction fees, DEX fees, jup.bot fees, price impact, and other fees.

If there is a significant difference between profit and net profit, it may be due to holding a large number of tokens out of the entire supply. This can cause a high price impact, which in turn affects the profit you will receive after selling.

16. What is the jup.bot fee?

It is a 1% fee, which is then distributed as follows:

  • 50% are for airdrop rewards

  • 25% cover referral bonuses

  • 10% go to Infrastructure and Future Development

  • 10% go to the jup Community support

  • 5% go to the jupDAO Multisig

17. Does Jupbot support Token-2022 standard coins?

Yes, but coins under the Token-2022 standard must be listed first on Jupiter Aggregator for jup.bot to buy. jup.bot does not buy from Fluxbeam.

18. Does jup.bot allow multiple wallets?

Currently, one wallet address is allowed per Telegram account. If you need a new address, you can reset jup.bot wallet.

However, it's recommended to export your private key before resetting. jup.bot will forget the previous wallet. If you want to have multiple jup.bot wallets, you will have to make another telegram account(s).
